STARGATE’S BAAACK!!!

Much like the red sky at night delighting sailors, so does the appearance of Stargate Atlantis on Bittorrent delight me. For where there’s Atlantis, there will be SG-1. And tracker.shuntv.net now does Stargate. No more jostling in the pack for each episode. Atlantis right now is downloading at 152kB/s. Oh baby, things are right with the world once more.

    So, when you say ‘back’ you mean ‘still of air but now available to download, as it has been for many weeks?’..
    I’m a little confused..

    Also, how the F did you manage to get bittorren t going at 152kb/s? My top speed so far has been 4, and believe that day was one of the most exciting I’ve had..

    ep 111 for Atlantis has appeared. I assume that means they are broadcasting the rest of the season in the states.

    Late at night I set it downloading and it downloaded at 50 kB/s. That’s what I limited the program too, because people here complain if their internet is too slow. So I said no limit and whoosh away it went. I had a fight with the windows firewall the other day. SP2 tried to restrict Bittorrent’s access but I beat it.

    Oddly, the sites I have briefly checked don’t seem to think that it’s been transmitted yet! (111) They must be slackers. Odd.

    its odd, the scifi site still say they wont air til feb – i dont get it? anyway still glad!! it was a pretty good ep too, didnt you think?

    Incidentally — to all those who’ve been told that they can’t comment on Andy’s weblog because they “posted to recently” or somesuch, I’ve found the answer.

    Because Andy’s weblog is set to an earlier timezone than the others, people would post in one of them, and then go to Andy’s to post… and the weblog would think that they were posting less than 30 seconds after the other comment — because the time difference was negative.

    Anyhow, enough of my waffle, it’s fixed now, don’t you worry.

    This is insane! I was not expecting Stargate for another two months! This screws up my entire semester plan.

    And in my good days I got 400 kB/s. Nanana. Well, not now. Not now…
