Distance. We’ve out sourced some of our comment approvals to India, so the comments have to all the way there and back again. It’s a long way.

The other possibility is that the comment got lost on the net so click the submit button several times to make sure it gets through.

Why is it taking so long to load some comments and others appear in a moment’s time?

PS: Apparently Microsoft did this video themselves. An inside job that got outside.
